How to make a request

1. Email info@thetoothfairytw.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the name, email address, telephone number or Instagram username you used when contacting or booking with us.
3. We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request relates to you.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt and normally respond within one month. We will delete information that we no longer need, including the related Command Centre contact and conversation records. We may retain limited information where the law requires it, such as payment, tax or accounting records, or where it is needed to establish or defend legal claims. If that applies, we will explain it in our response.
